After your lesson at our Learning Center,

That's alright, we know that there are a number of sites that seem confusing when it comes to registering.
At the top right of every page on this site, there is a link "Log In" or "My account". Click on either and you will be redirected to the login page. Since you are creating an account, you will click on the "Create an Account" link a little to the left. Once you click on this link, you will be directed to a page with a list of empty fields. Once you fill out these fields, click the "Submit" button at the right. If you are worried about the information you give, don't fret! Sing2learn is very careful about our visitors' privacy. (see our Privacy Policy )
Ta-Da! You are now one of the many members of sing2learn's website!

Don't panic. There is a link to the right of the "Create an account" link called "Forgot Your Password?". Click on that link and enter the email address you provided when you registered. This will forward a link to your email so you can reset a new password.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do but contact us. If the account has already been charged than the only option is to cancel the order.
Be careful next time and check the confirmation screen, making sure all the information is correct.

Want to increase your security?
At the top-right of the page, click on the link "My Account". Under the "Contact Information" category the last option is "Change Password". Click on this link and you will be sent to a page where you enter your current password, then the new password you want, and confirm the new password. Click "Submit" at the bottom and you now have a new password.

Moving shouldn't be any harder than it already is, so we make changing addresses easy.
At the top-right of the page, click on "My Account", login if you already haven't. The bottom option on this screen is "Address Book". If you click on the link to the right "Manage Addresses", you can change your billing and shipping address.

Yes! All that information, including order number, price, etc., is very easy to reach.
At the top-right of the page, click "My Account". On the left there is a list of options, the fourth one down being "My Orders". This link will forward you to all your previous and present orders with us. Clicking any of the Order Numbers will send you to a page that gives you all the information about that order.

Glad you found something you like. We'll try to make this process as painless and quick as possible.
If you would like to look at what you have in your cart, click "My Cart" at the top-right of the page. Here you can also change anything about your orders, i.e. quantity, remove items, etc. From there you enter your country, state, and zip code in the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" field and clicking the "Get a Quote" button. When the page reloads, you will be able to see the different shipping options and by bubbling one of the options and clicking "Update Total" you will get a full estimated total price. If you have any coupons, you can add them in the "Discount Codes" field and clicking "Apply Coupon". Note: this information is for an estimate only, you will have to enter this information again during the checkout process.
Forget something? At the bottom of your shopping cart list there is a "Continue Shopping" button. Clicking this will send you back to the product line, allowing to add that last item on your shopping cart. You may also click "Checkout" in the top-right and go straight to the checkout without reviewing your orders.
After clicking "Proceed to Checkout" you will be sent to the information page, where you will fill out your shipping/billing address and your email. You may also use paypal to make checking out an even easier and quick process! When your done with that, click the "Continue" button at the lower right corner. The page will refresh and you will choose a shipping method. Then you choose whether you want to use your credit card or paypal account. If you choose credit card you will be prompted to fill out the credit card information. If you choose to use your paypal account, you will be redirected to the paypal page to use your information there.
After clicking "Continue" the page will reload and you will have a full review of your order, showing you the total price, shipping method, etc. We recommend that you print this page for your reference.
You will be getting your package as promptly as possible. Don't forget to leave feedback about our products and be sure to shop with us again!

Phone, fax and "snail" mail orders can be done if you give sing2learn the information we need to fill out an order form. It will generally take one to two business days for the order to be processed by us. Your shipping time will be estimated according to your shipping method on your order. The amount of time it takes to be delivered will also depend on your location and distance from our home office.
